When you order $350 of smallwares, you qualify for free shipping. If you order less than $350, there is a $20 flat rate to ship them to any province in Canada.
This free shipping policy does not apply to equipment. There are shipping charges for equipment, unless specifically noted on the equipment's product page. And equipment does not count towards the $350 to qualify for free shipping.

Ships via freight
Freight deliveries are different than parcel deliveries. Freight is for larger items that need to be shipped on a pallet on a freight truck.
- Items are delivered curbside and won't be brought into your establishment
- A tailgate fee could apply if you don't have a forklift or loading dock
- Deliveries require signature and are from Monday-Friday 8-5
- Deliveries can arrive without notice
- If you require an appointment or inside delivery, that needs be requested when ordering and there may be an additional fee

A 1-drawer food warmer that includes a full-size food pan
The Omcan FW-CN-0001 is a commercial-quality freestanding countertop food drawer warmer with a single drawer for use in restaurants, bars, concessions stands, take-out shops, and more. The purpose of an appliance like this is to keep hot food, such as pizza, at the perfect temperature for extended periods of time. This model comes with and accommodates a full-size food pan measuring 12 by 20 by 6 inches.
The warmer is specifically designed for use on deep countertops and features an all stainless steel construction. The thermostatic control has a temperature range of 80° to 220° Fahrenheit (26.7° to 104.4° Celsius).
It has fibreglass insulation and a built-in drawer gasket, which helps to retain heat inside the unit plus a humidity control vent slide, which can be adjusted from dry to moist to provide the appropriate airflow amount to best suit the food inside.
This product comes with NSF Certification, a 12" x 20" x 6" food pan, and a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
