The product that you will receive will always be consistent and expected, and it is great for use in bakeries or for pizza. You can scale multiple sizes of dough portions ranging from 1.058 - 17.63 oz.
If you are creating small portions, you can produce up to 1800 portions an hour. If you are creating medium sized portions you can produce 1300 portions an hour. If you are creating large portions, you can produce up to 1000 portions an hour.
